1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and PopcornAI LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of GlobalShot and related services.
By accessing or using GlobalShot, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may modify these Terms from time to time, and changes take effect when published unless a later date is stated.
2. Service Description
GlobalShot is an online service for discovering remote job opportunities and preparing job applications. Its features include matching vacancies to your career profile and preferences, managing saved vacancies and application status, and using AI to analyze a CV or resume and prepare vacancy-specific CVs and cover letters.
Available features and usage limits depend on your plan and are shown in the service before purchase. Features marked as forthcoming are not included as currently available services. A subscription does not include recruitment, immigration assistance, interview coaching, or a human review of every application or generated document.
You remain responsible for deciding where to apply, reviewing application materials, submitting them through the available application channels, and deciding whether to accept an opportunity. Access to a vacancy or a matching recommendation does not confirm that you meet every employer requirement or that the vacancy remains available.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must have legal capacity to enter into these Terms and be at least 18 years old to use GlobalShot. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account and profile information and for all activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, misuse the service, interfere with security, or create legal, operational, or reputational risk.
4. No Legal or Immigration Advice
GlobalShot does not provide legal, immigration, tax, or government filing advice. We are not a law firm, immigration adviser, visa consultant, government representative, or accredited immigration representative.
Any information about visas, sponsorship, relocation, hiring practices, scam avoidance, or application strategy is general career-support information only. You should consult qualified professionals or official government sources for legal, immigration, tax, or visa matters.
5. Not a Recruiter, Employer, or Visa Processor
GlobalShot is not a recruitment agency, staffing agency, employer, job placement service, visa sponsor, or visa processing service. We do not submit visa applications, represent you before employers or government authorities, sponsor visas, process work permits, or make hiring decisions.
We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, employment, salary, relocation, visa sponsorship, visa approval, or any immigration outcome.
6. No Agency Relationship
No employment, contractor, partnership, joint venture, fiduciary, attorney-client, recruiter-candidate, immigration representative, or agency relationship is created by these Terms or by your use of GlobalShot.
Unless we separately agree in writing, GlobalShot does not act on your behalf, submit applications for you, contact employers or recruiters as your representative, negotiate offers, verify job offers, or communicate with government authorities for you.
7. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of the materials you provide and submit to third parties. You agree not to submit false employment history, false credentials, misleading salary information, unauthorized references, or materials that infringe another person's rights.
You are responsible for independently verifying employers, recruiters, job posts, offers, contracts, fees, visa claims, relocation requests, and any third-party communications. We do not verify every opportunity or communication.
8. AI-Assisted Outputs
GlobalShot uses AI systems to analyze, generate, rewrite, summarize, and organize career materials. AI-assisted outputs may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or unsuitable suggestions. These outputs are not a substitute for your own review.
You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any CV, cover letter, application answer, or other output before using it, including checking that it accurately represents your experience and qualifications. We do not warrant that any output will satisfy an employer, recruiter, government authority, or platform rule.
9. User Content
You retain ownership of the CVs, profiles, documents, messages, preferences, and other materials you submit to GlobalShot ("User Content").
Solely to operate and provide the service, you grant PopcornAI LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, modify, transmit, display, and create derivative outputs from your User Content. This license is limited to what is reasonably necessary to provide GlobalShot, improve service quality, comply with law, and enforce these Terms.
By submitting User Content, you represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide it and that its use with GlobalShot does not violate law or third-party rights.
10. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
PopcornAI LLC sells subscriptions to GlobalShot. Stripe processes payments and provides the checkout and subscription-management portal; PopcornAI LLC remains responsible for the service and for handling customer support and refund requests.
Paid plans are subscriptions billed weekly, monthly, yearly, or at another interval shown with the offer. The applicable price, currency, billing interval, taxes, included features, and usage limits are shown before purchase. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing interval shown at checkout, and the stated recurring charge is collected until you cancel. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the recurring charges disclosed at checkout.
Some offers start with a free trial. The length of the trial and the price charged after it are shown before you start it. A payment method is required to start a trial; it is not charged during the trial. When the trial ends, the subscription starts automatically and your payment method is charged the stated price, then again at each billing interval, unless you cancel before the trial ends. For trials longer than one day, we email you a reminder before the trial ends. If you cancel during the trial, you are not charged and your plan remains available until the trial ends. If the first charge after a trial fails, paid features stop until a payment succeeds. Each account may use one free trial; we may decline a trial where we reasonably believe it is being used repeatedly under different accounts.
You can manage your subscription, payment method, and invoices through Account > Billing > Manage subscription in the app, which opens the Stripe customer portal. Cancel before the next renewal to stop future recurring charges. When cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid period, your plan remains available until the end date shown in your account.
Stopping use of the service or signing out does not cancel a subscription. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate actions: cancel your subscription before deleting your account, or contact [email protected] for help if you cannot access subscription management.
Cancellation does not itself request or issue a refund. Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy, unless a specific offer or applicable law gives you additional rights. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable rights to withdraw from a purchase or receive a refund.
For earlier purchases, the seller and purchase terms presented at the time of that transaction remain relevant. This update does not retrospectively reduce refund rights already granted for those purchases.
11. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use GlobalShot to:
- submit false, fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful application materials;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, experience, authorization, or credentials;
- harass, spam, scrape, or abuse recruiters, employers, users, or our systems;
- upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, bypass limits, or interfere with service security;
- copy, resell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the service without written permission;
- violate applicable law, platform rules, employer rules, or third-party rights.
12. Third-Party Services and Opportunities
GlobalShot may reference job boards, employer websites, recruiters, communications tools, payment processors, AI providers, analytics providers, or other third-party services. We do not control third-party services, job posts, recruiters, employers, offers, or decisions, and we are not responsible for their actions, terms, policies, availability, or content.
13. Intellectual Property
The GlobalShot name, logo, website, service design, software, workflows, templates, prompts, and related technology are owned by PopcornAI LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use GlobalShot for your personal career search and application preparation. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create competing services from GlobalShot materials without written permission.
14. Disclaimers
GlobalShot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or suitability for any employment, visa, relocation, or immigration outcome.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any materials, recommendations, templates, or outputs will produce a particular result.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PopcornAI LLC, its officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, employment outcomes, visa outcomes, reputational harm, or third-party actions arising from your use of GlobalShot.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total cumulative liability for all claims relating to GlobalShot will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service giving rise to the claim during the six months before the event giving rise to liability.
16. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PopcornAI LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of GlobalShot, User Content, breach of these Terms, violation of law, or violation of third-party rights.
17. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally for at least thirty days.
Any unresolved dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.
18. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to GlobalShot at any time if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, create risk, or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your right to use GlobalShot ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
